How it works

Prepared, sent and signed in under two minutes

No envelopes to configure, no seats to buy, no training. Open the document, say who signs where, and send it.

1

Open or write the document

Drop in a PDF, Word or Excel file — or write one from scratch. Fix a typo, add a page or make a flat form fillable before it goes out. It is a full editor, not just an uploader.

PDF · DOCX · XLSX · images
2

Add signers, drop the boxes

Enter each person's name and email, then drag their signature and initials boxes onto the page. Each signer gets their own colour, so you always know who signs what.

Up to 4 signers on Pro
3

Send — and get the sealed file

Everyone gets a private signing link by email. As each person signs you see it happen live. When the last one is done, the sealed PDF is emailed to all parties.

Automatic delivery to everyone

Prepare and send in one tab

The only e-signature tool with a real PDF editor built in

Everywhere else, the document has to be perfect before you upload it. Here the editor and the signature request are the same screen — retype a clause, white-out a mistake, add a rent schedule page, merge in an attachment, or turn a flat scanned form into a fillable one, then place the signature boxes without ever leaving the tab.

That means no round-trip to Word, no re-export, no version confusion about which PDF actually went out.

The signer experience

Your signer opens a link and signs. That is the whole ask.

No account to create, no app to install, no "verify your email first", no watermark on the result. They see a clean page, the document, and their signature box. Tap it, draw with a finger or type a name, confirm — done.

It is built phone-first, because that is where most people open the email. Fewer steps means fewer documents that sit unsigned for a week.

Pro Video Signing Room

When a link is not enough — sign together, on video

Send the same document into a live signing room instead. You and your signers meet on video, walk through the pages together, capture spoken consent, and sign while everyone watches. The session is recorded and the recording is kept with the document.

This is the part most e-signature platforms either do not offer at all or sell as an expensive add-on. Here it is included with Pro.

Pro Identity verification

Know who actually signed — before they sign

Ask a signer to photograph a government ID and a selfie before the document unlocks. The submission is held against the request for you to review and approve, so a lease or a high-value agreement is not signed by "whoever had the link".

Every signature also carries the quiet evidence: email, IP address, time zone, device, and the city and province the signer confirmed.

Tamper-seal & public verification

A signed PDF anyone can check — without an account

Every completed signing adds a Certificate of Signing & Seal page listing each signer and the evidence behind their signature, and stores a fingerprint of the exact finished file.

Send that PDF to a lawyer, a landlord, a board or a court, and they can drop it on /seal to confirm it is the original and unaltered — free, no login. Change one pixel and the check fails.

Control & the paper trail

Signing order, page privacy, and an Audit Report of everything

Decide who signs first and who is allowed to see which pages — useful when a co-signer should not read the other party's financials. Track the request from your dashboard: who opened it, who signed, who is holding it up, with links you can resend.

Every action is timestamped in an Audit Report you can export to CSV, so the audit trail leaves with you instead of living inside somebody else's platform.

Why people switch to us

Nine things you will not get from a typical e-signature platform

Most tools stop at "collect a signature". These are the parts that decide whether the signed file actually holds up — and whether you can afford to send the next one.

✍️

Editor + e-signature together

Fix the document and send it for signature in the same tab. No exporting, no re-uploading, no wondering which version went out.

🎥

Live Video Signing Room

Meet your signers on video, capture consent out loud, record the session and seal the result. Included, not a paid add-on.Pro

ID verification you control

Require a government ID and selfie before the document unlocks, then review and approve each submission yourself.Pro

🔏

Publicly verifiable seal

Anyone holding the signed PDF can confirm it is unaltered at /seal — free, no account. The proof travels with the file.

🚪

Zero friction for signers

No account, no app, no email verification loop, no watermark. The single biggest reason documents come back the same day.

🧾

An audit trail you can export

Timestamped Audit Report, signer device and IP records, CSV download. Your evidence, in your files, not locked in a vendor portal.

👀

Per-signer page visibility

Show each party only the pages they should see, and set the order they sign in. Privacy that most cheap tools simply do not have.

💸

Flat price, not per-envelope

$9.99/month for unlimited signature requests. No per-document credits, no per-seat maths, no annual lock-in.

🇨🇦

Canadian-built & privacy-first

Editing happens on your device; only documents you deliberately send for signature go to the server. Designed around PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, with a published Privacy Impact Assessment.

Compare

How we stack up against the big signing platforms

The honest version: they have deeper enterprise integrations. We have the editor, the video room, the seal — and a price that does not scale with how many documents you send.

Questions

Good to know before you send

Do signers need an account?

No. Signers open their link in any browser, draw or type their signature, and it is done — no app, no account, no watermark. It works the same on a phone.

Is the signed file tamper-sealed?

Yes. Every completed signing adds a Certificate of Signing & Seal page listing each signer and the evidence behind their signature, and stores a fingerprint of the finished file. Anyone can verify a copy at /seal — free, no login. Read more about tamper-sealed PDFs.

How many signers can I add?

Up to 4 signers per document on Pro. The free plan sends to 1 signer per request, 2 requests a month. Every signer needs at least one signature box placed for them before the request can go out.

How much does it cost?

Free covers 2 signature requests a month with 1 signer each. Pro is $9.99 a month for unlimited requests, up to 4 signers, identity verification and the Video Signing Room. Editing, filling and converting PDFs stay free regardless.

Is an electronic signature legally valid in Canada?

Electronic signatures are recognised across Canada under PIPEDA and the provincial e-commerce acts. What matters in a dispute is the evidence behind the signature — who signed, when, from where, and whether the document changed afterwards. Every request captures that record and seals the result. See our note on PIPEDA & Quebec Law 25. This is general information, not legal advice.

What happens if a signer declines?

A signer can decline at any point before they confirm, and can leave a reason. Declining closes the whole request: nothing is signed and the remaining links stop working immediately. You are emailed the person's name and their reason. The other signers are emailed too, but only that the request was withdrawn and that nothing further is needed from them — not who declined, and not why, since on a two-person request that would name them. The withdrawn request stays in your list as a record, marked Withdrawn, and a Send a fresh request button sends the same document to the same people with new links, as a new request with its own audit trail.

Can I cancel a request I already sent?

Yes. Any request still waiting has a Cancel signing button on its card under Tools → My Work → Pending Signatures. Every signing link stops working immediately and all the signers are emailed that you cancelled it — you can add a note in your own words, which is passed on. It can't be undone, and a request everybody has already signed can't be cancelled, because it's finished. If someone had already signed and you cancel anyway, the document is never completed and no signed copy is issued to anyone; they're told so. A cancelled request keeps its record and offers Send a fresh request, so cancel, fix the document, and send it again.

How do I track who has signed?

Under Tools → My Work. Pending Signatures lists every request still in flight with a row per signer, filling in the date and time, IP address and device as each signature lands, plus a copy-link button if someone needs their link again. A request moves to Completed Signatures the moment the last person signs, and the sealed PDF stays downloadable from there.

Where do I get the signed copy afterwards?

Everyone on the request — you included — is emailed the completed PDF automatically when the last person signs. It's also kept for you under Tools → My Work → Completed Signatures: click the document name to read it in the browser, or Download signed copy to save it. Every finished document carries its Certificate of Signing, and you can confirm a copy hasn't been altered at /seal.

Do signers have to agree to sign electronically?

Yes, and it is recorded. Before anyone can place a signature they are shown the Electronic Disclosure and Signature Consent and must accept it; the acceptance is stored with its date, time and version and appears on the Certificate of Signing. They can decline it, and they can ask you for paper instead.

What if I need a witnessed or recorded signing?

Send the same document through the Video Signing Room: live video, spoken consent, optional government-ID verification, a session recording, a full Audit Report, and a sealed PDF at the end.

What file types can I send?

Any PDF up to 50 MB. Word, Excel and PowerPoint convert to PDF first, and images can be assembled into a PDF in the editor before you place signature boxes.

Where do my documents live?

Ordinary editing happens entirely on your device — nothing is uploaded. Only a document you deliberately send for signature is stored on the server, because the signers have to be able to open it. You can delete a request, and your whole account, whenever you want.

Can I control who sees which pages?

Yes. You can set the signing order and restrict each signer to the pages they need — handy when co-signers should not see each other's financial details. See signing order & privacy.

Stop chasing signatures.

Send your first document free — no card, no trial countdown. Your signer taps a link, signs, and everyone gets the sealed PDF back automatically.
