Every signing — sent by email or held live on video — can be exported as an Audit Report (PDF or CSV) covering session details, every participant, identity checks, the full audit timeline and the seal. Find it on the Audit Logs tab under My Work → Signings & Audits. Every completed request also has an Audit Trail button: the timeline with IP address and device, and the certificate or the signed document as separate downloads.

Yes. In a live signing you can set strict signing order (signers sign one after another, enforced by the system) and per-signer page visibility (each signer only sees the pages you allow). Both are audit-logged.

Yes. Once a document has signers and signature boxes, Preview opens the real signing page as any signer, with a switch between signers and between a desktop and a phone view. Preview Completed Document shows how the file will look once everyone has signed, marked SAMPLE. Nothing you do in a preview is saved or sent.

Yes. Save as Template keeps where every box sits and a role for each signer, such as Tenant or Landlord, but never names or emails. Save one from the Signers panel or from any request under Signings & Audits, add tags, and find it under My Work → Templates, where Use Template applies it to your document.

Free accounts get 5 pages a month with OCR Pages and need to sign in to use it; Pro is unlimited. OCR Pages can make a scan searchable, keeping every page exactly as it looks, or turn it into editable text, and it reads English, French or both. Everything else — filling, signing yourself, erasing and redacting, converting — stays free with no account.

No. AI Polish only rewrites wording. Numbers, dates, amounts and names come across exactly as you wrote them, every [bracketed] blank stays a blank, headings keep their order and signature lines are left alone. You see the polished text side by side with what you have now, and nothing on the page changes until you click “Replace page with the polished version” — which Ctrl+Z undoes.
